Chesterton 1724™ Low E Valve Sealing System couples a high quality PTFE yarn capable of sealing the harshest of environments leak-free with Chesterton's Live Loading system.
Chesterton 1724's inter-braided construction allows for more contact with the sealing surface and creates a long-lasting seal. This valve packing, in conjunction with Chesterton's Live Loading products, has been proven in industry testing to seal light hydrocarbons to LowE levels.
These packings are designed for harsh chemical service below 400F (205C).
